ABOUT US
Deep 4 Energy (D4E) was established in 2015 to support start up and mid-sized energy service companies in their corporate development journey. Many companies post-start up find themselves at cross-roads in terms of how to further develop their businesses. Often they require assistance with strategy, governance, additional capital for expansion, acquisitions or product commercialisation. In many cases this may require the shareholders to re-structure their business for growth. D4E can add significant value to help companies meet these challenges. Due to the broad international experience of our team, we deeply understand the businesses we are engaged with and we back this experience by investing alongside the founding shareholders. We are currently working on projects ranging from sub $500k capital investments up to co-investing alongside others in $50m type deals.
OUR TEAM
Our team provides independent advice to a wide range of public and private clients including M&A support, corporate strategy and governance support, capital raising support and provision of NEDs. Our experience working on a large number of transactions with a broad range of investors gives us deep insight into the stringent requirements of both corporate and private investors.
Our partners and associates have extensive experience in building companies from the ground up, introducing private equity and then selling businesses (often trade sales) at an appropriate time in the business cycle.
